Her love of hair began when she was just a kid back in 2009 when the natural hair movement started peaking on YouTube. She didn’t decide to pursue hair as a career until 2023 and enrolled in Arrojo academy in New York on a whim. She immediately felt at home and loved the ability to bring a sense of calm to her clients at the wash bowl. They always pointed out how gentle and relaxing her shampoos were. It was there that she also found a passion for highlighting and cutting. 

After obtaining her cosmo license in New York in 2024, she went back to school to obtain her New Jersey license that same year. Since then, she’s perfected her bouncy blowout, refined her highlighting skills, sharpened her cutting skills and is always on the lookout for techniques and fellow stylists who inspire her.
